Job Description
You will work as a Scrum Master for a leading IT consulting firm, working on challenging projects for top organizations in the Netherlands. You will have ample space to develop and work in environments where your impact really counts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Experience with multiple projects and client environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration or Computer Science)
- At least 2 years of experience in the (semi-)government or financial sector
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Certifications: Professional Scrum Master I and SAFe (PSM II or III is a prerequisite)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence, Miro, and/or Mural
