Test Engineer (Java, Cucumber, Gatling, API’s, CI/CD)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to strengthen a squad working on a high-volume payment engine, with responsibilities including building and maintaining automation frameworks, testing APIs and messaging systems, and contributing to refinement and planning of testing. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software testing, including functional, performance, resilience and security, and hands-on experience with Cucumber (Java implementation), APIs, Message Queues, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in software testing, including functional, performance, resilience and security
• 5+ years' hands-on experience with Cucumber (Java implementation)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Message Queues (ActiveMQ, JMS, EMS, Kafka)
• Proven experience creating automation frameworks from scratch for complex systems
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, TFS, Azure DevOps)
• Pro-active team player with strong communication skills (English, spoken and written)
