Financial Controller

Profile Software is a leading international global software solutions provider seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Supervise day-to-day accounting and control activities.
• Manage and supervise the accounting team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing guidance and training
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, VAT, and other local obligations
• Prepare and present the monthly management reporting package, analyzing financial data and KPIs to support business planning and decision-making
• Monitor cash position, accounts receivable, and collections
• Oversee and control payment plans
• Prepare the annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Ensure compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors and external stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard the company’s financial assets.
• Support cash flow management, treasury functions and banking relationships.
• Lead or support ERP/accounting system improvements and automation initiatives.
