Job Description
The Corporate Counsel, Contracts & Commercial Affairs provides broad legal support across the organization, with primary responsibility for contract law, commercial contracting, and the full lifecycle management of sales and corporate agreements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- Licensed to practice law in Canada or the United States
- 3 - 6 years of corporate legal experience, ideally in-house in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and sales contracts
- Exposure to employment law, policies, and corporate governance matters
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to medical devices
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple business functions
