Requirements
- Monitor, evaluate, & review standard work with department Supervisor
- Analyze major metrics monthly, looking for positive and/or negative trends
- Work with Planners or Suppliers as needed to resolve issues
- Work to ensure teamwork between departments
- Respond quickly to changing operations and customer needs
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others
- Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process related topics
- Write or revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes
