Job Description
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to work on our automation platform and front-end. The ideal candidate has strong Ruby skills, experience with Ruby on Rails, and knowledge of networking and sys administration. The role involves building a simpler way of interacting with our system and working with other developers on the application.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience
- Strong UI skills including HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, CSS, XML
- Strong SQL skills (preferably on Oracle)
- Prior experience developing with other object-oriented languages (Java, C++, C#)
- Prior experience with other web application frameworks (J2EE, Hibernate, Spring,.NET)
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with monthly releases
