Job Description
We're looking for a part-time Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic care to patients in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky, a Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy, and current CPR certification.
