Job Description
ProHealth Care is seeking a RN to serve as a clinical contact for patients via telephone, providing assessments, scheduling appointments, and managing patient care. This role is crucial for improving patient outcomes using evidence-based protocols and prioritizes exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current State of WI RN License
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in primary care or hospital/home care/community
- 1 year of telephone triage experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer and keyboarding skills
- Experience working in an EMR system, ideally EPIC
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
