Job Description
Provide personal care services to terminally ill hospice patients under the direction of an RN, and provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate from an approved training and competency course (CNA required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant (preferred)
- Active patient contact within past three years (preferred)
