Job Description
A11 is seeking a Growth Associate to join the Sales & Go-To-Market team. The role involves working on projects with clients ranging from VC to PE Co-investments, providing industry-leading expertise in sales, growth, GTM strategy, and more. The team is known for its fast-paced environment, continuous learning, and focus on achieving measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in business (or related degree)
- Professional experience in start-ups, consulting, sales, or other commercial roles
- High interest in sales & GTM and excitement about daily customer interaction
- Team player with great communication skills
- Passionate for numbers, data, structure and analytics
- Fast learner with a start-up mindset
- German (native) and English at a negotiation level
