We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for one of our partner companies in Remseck. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of construction projects and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Completed training in the building industry with professional experience in the roofing trade or a master's degree/technician's degree in a corresponding field
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager, preferably in flat roof construction or high-rise construction
• Familiarity with project planning, control, and result responsibility in construction projects
• Sense of responsibility, team ability, and negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented, structured work approach, and a high level of self-initiative
• Knowledge and interest in the use of computer-aided tools
