Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Consultant - Sales & GTM to join our team in Berlin. As a Senior Consultant, you'll work on high-impact commercial projects, develop tailored sales and growth strategies, and lead CRM evaluations and implementations. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure measurable commercial outcomes. This role offers a rare combination of strategic exposure, operational ownership, and close collaboration with high-growth companies and their leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM
- Proven experience in scaling or optimizing sales organizations
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving
- Team player, hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Confident communicator with a talent for C-level stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Deep interest in commercial tech stacks (e.g. CRM, lead enrichment tools)
- Native-level German and fluent English (C1+ in both)
