A 200-bed, 24/7 emergency shelter for homeless men
The Assistant Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for shelter residents. They will work closely with the Building Manager and custodial staff to perform repair and maintenance work, coordinate capital improvement projects, and respond to inspections. The Assistant Building Manager will also assist in the training and supervision of custodial staff and perform tasks as needed to assist the Building Manager and custodial staff.
