Job Description
The Custodian is responsible for performing daily repair and maintenance tasks to provide a clean and safe environment for tenants and staff in a 94-unit building. This includes janitorial duties, completing Work Orders, and assisting with apartment preparation and moving processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of six months of experience doing repair and maintenance work
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to professionally interact with tenants and all levels of staff
