Job Description
The Instructor will be responsible for facilitating job readiness workshops for Workforce Development clients residing at the shelter. The instructor will develop and implement new workshops as needed, provide one-on-one job readiness support, and assist clients with computer skills and online job search.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- B.A. degree preferred
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Prior experience working with vulnerable populations
- Flexibility in working evenings or weekends
