Construction Management Representative

Join a team of professionals making a difference on projects domestically and internationally. This role involves on-site construction oversight of riverbank stabilization activities at a sensitive archeological site, requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction
• Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications
• Arrange, attend and facilitate project meetings, including weekly progress meetings, safety meetings, inspections, negotiations, and internal Government meetings
• Perform on-site inspections, document findings with photographs, descriptions, and reports
• Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules
• Draft project related correspondence for NPS to review and issuance
• Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents
• Review, analyze, and assist in preparing cost estimates
• Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution
