Job Description
Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Quality Assurance Manager for a project involving the modernization of an interior tenant building at the General Services Administration (GSA) facility in Lakewood, CO. This role involves managing construction management, budgeting, schedule, coordination, and integration with project scope, leading construction inspections, and managing interdisciplinary teams. Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction.
- 6 years on office renovation projects (40,000 SF and $4 million).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
