Prokeep is seeking a Partnership & Events Manager to help drive pipeline and revenue through high-impact experiences and strategic relationships. As the ideal candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, build programs from the ground up, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes — not just outputs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or partnership marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
- Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering results in a resource-conscious environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, ON24, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate event and partnership metrics into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to conferences and customer/partner locations as needed.
- Experience in or familiarity with the wholesale distribution or construction industry is a plus.
