Job Description
We're looking for a Field Service Coordinator to provide administrative support to service staff, coordinate excellent customer service, and contribute to the company's success. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone skills, experience in sales &/or customer service, and strong written, verbal communication and human relations skills.
Requirements
- Two-year degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience in sales &/or customer service
- Ability to understand technicians' needs & relate to paperwork flow
- Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must maintain a positive attitude
