Requirements

• Data input of hazardous goods declarations
• Processing of data such as hazardous goods descriptions, danger classes, weights, packaging codes, container numbers,...
• Data input of customs declarations for Antwerp, Zeebrugge, and Ghent
• Processing of ship's cargo lists
• Tracking the status of sent messages
• Checking declarations
• Sending processed declarations to the client
• Contact with clients, both by phone and by email
• Supporting outgoing invoicing
• First Line Support APICS (Antwerp Port Community System)
• Controlling and managing customer data
• Controlling container numbers
• First Line Support other customers
• Weekend work in rotation (average 1 weekend per month, max 3 hours per day)
