Commercial Property Manager

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use commercial assets, focusing on net operating income, tenant relationship management, and maintaining physical assets. The role involves overseeing lease administration, financial administration, and team leadership, working in a new home office in San Mateo, California.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years in commercial building management
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Firm understanding of commercial leases and operating expense recoveries
• Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills
