The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including service requests and turnover functions, to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and provide a quality living environment for the Neighbors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of two years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance
- Ability to speak, communicate, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace
- Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
