Job Description
Prominence Advisors is seeking an EpicCare Ambulatory/Care Coordination Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience with EpicCare Ambulatory and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. They will work on an Epic build for an Advanced Primary Care Management (Care Coordination) program and help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges.
Requirements
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
- Experience with Healthy Planet & Compass Rose registries, metrics, episodes, and toolsets
- Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and custom rule/procedure builds
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
