Job Description
Prominence Advisors is seeking an Epic Client Systems Administrator to join their team. The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Epic client applications and infrastructure, ensuring secure access to Epic environments for users. Prominence values honesty, candor, and providing effective solutions for healthcare organizations. Requirements
- Install, configure, and manage Epic Hyperspace, Epic-specific print services, Interconnect, and related client system components.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security of Epic applications.
- Support Citrix, VMware, or similar virtual delivery platforms used to provide Epic access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic client applications and end user access.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration records.
- Manage and maintain Epic print services, including deployment and troubleshooting of printers within Epic.
