Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to join our Executive Engagement team as an Executive Briefing Manager (EMEA) to support the Proofpoint Innovation Centre – Paris. This role drives preparation of onsite customer engagements, plans for operational needs, and manages the logistics of the centre.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a similar Event Briefing Manager role
- Extensive Program and Event Management experience
- Passion for building remarkable customer experiences at the CXO level
- Experience with Salesforce and BriefingSource tools
- Language fluency in English and French
- Relevant Degree and/or recognised Project Management certification
