Job Description
Propelus is looking for a data-driven Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB accounts, serve as a strategic advisor, and drive customer value. The role requires 1-2 years of experience managing B2B client portfolios, proficiency with Customer Success Platforms, and a strong understanding of customer success principles.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing a B2B client portfolio
- Proven proficiency with a Customer Success Platform (CSP) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of customer success principles, including churn reduction and retention strategies
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex compliance management technology platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
