Director of Product (B2B)

Propelus is seeking a (Sr.) Director of Product to lead the strategy and growth of its B2B product portfolio, focusing on healthcare compliance management. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience in healthcare SaaS, workforce management, credentialing, or HR compliance, and experience managing a team of product managers.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience, specifically within Healthcare SaaS, Workforce Management, Credentialing, or HR Compliance
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers
• A track record of defining product visions and translating them into roadmaps that drive measurable revenue outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to guide decision-making
• You treat your product portfolio like a business, with a deep understanding of unit economics, monetization models, and pricing strategy
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, a solid understanding of AI/ML applications, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence
