Property Finder is a leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, dedicated to shaping an inclusive future for real estate. They are seeking a New Business Sales Manager to lead a team of quota-carrying sales professionals, focusing on building relationships and driving significant revenue growth. This role requires strategy, execution, and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription sales and strategic/enterprise account management
- 5 years in a senior sales people management role
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics
- Proven expertise in cross-functional team leadership and project management
- Understanding of the real estate industry
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proven analytical, structured thinking and executive communication skills
