We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for Egypt to identify, engage, and onboard top Commercial talents. The role will involve managing the full cycle recruitment, proposing new ways of identifying top talent, and collaborating with the People Leadership team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experienced in hiring across Commercial teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and innovative candidate sourcing techniques
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
