The Events & Industry Relationships Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing industry events and customer events to maintain a strong and professional presence in the market. The role combines event logistics, partner coordination, and relationship-driven marketing. Success in this role means events run smoothly, partners enjoy working with us, and customers leave with a positive impression of the PropLogix brand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, or professional events
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable building relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Ability to assist with hands-on event logistics when needed (including lifting event materials up to 40 lbs)
- The ability to travel up to 5% of the time or to at least 3-4 shows/conferences a year, some out of state
