Lead Site Reliability Engineer

PROS Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive the reliability, scalability, and security of their infrastructure. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring team members, and shaping best practices in automation, quality, and cloud operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in system administration and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java)
• Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and IT security
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and microservices architecture
• Experience designing and developing scalable APIs and implementing automated testing frameworks
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives
• University degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Excellent command of English
