Requirements

• Data handling: Quickly master internal databases to manipulate and analyze data independently.
• Business analysis: Perform analyses for the Growth, Digital Product, and Brand teams, formulate actionable recommendations, and focus on client journey engagement and retention.
• Reporting and performance: Update and ensure the reliability of recurring reports.
• Data support: Support internal teams in understanding insights and help them make data-driven decisions; respond to ad-hoc requests (dashboards, Looker support, rapid analyses).
• Communication: Present clear results and recommendations to various stakeholders.
