Budget Analyst with Security Clearance

ProSidian is seeking a Budget Analyst with Security Clearance to support an engagement for an agency of the United States Federal Government. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the federal budget execution process and be able to work with various IT systems, including Oracle Hyperion financial software applications, IBM Cognos, and Oracle I-Data Warehouse Software.

Requirements

• Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
• Ability to use a computer to communicate via email
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and related tools and technology required for the position
• Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
• Bachelor's degree is required with at least three years work experience in budget analysis, data analysis, finance, financial consulting, or similar
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of IT systems, including Oracle Hyperion financial software applications, IBM Cognos, and Oracle I-Data Warehouse Software
