ProSidian is seeking a Data and Policy Analyst to support an engagement for an agency of the United States government responsible for consumer protection in the occupational safety and health sector. The Data and Policy Analyst will review and evaluate policies, manage and analyze data, and communicate findings to clients through summary reports.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated understanding of program management, policy analysis, occupational safety and health, and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
- Advanced Data Analytics (Time series regressions, knowledge of how to apply appropriate statistical models to each job task)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems
- Familiarity with Section 504 and Section 508 disability requirements and accommodations
