Procurement Systems and Contract Support Specialist [DOE0009008]

ProSidian seeks a Procurement Systems and Contract Support Specialist to support program support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years federal procurement/contract support experience, preferably with DOE experience, and a BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. The role requires acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis. The job is on-site/hybrid in Richland, WA, with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years federal procurement/contract support experience
• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• DOE experience preferred
• Certifications desirable
• Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively and effectively as a team leader
• Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
• Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
• Effective communication to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
• Persistence in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions
• Ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
• Exercises prudence and insight in decision-making process while mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications
