Job Description
Proskauer is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the business development activities for the Firm's Structured Credit, Restructuring, Capital Markets and Fund Finance practices. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to implement business development and marketing strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
Requirements
- Develop and execute business development strategies for assigned practice areas within the Global Finance group
- Lead regular practice group meetings and set agendas
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities, client growth areas, and cross-selling initiatives
- Consult with attorneys to create, implement, and monitor individual business development plans
- Support lateral partner integration
