Job Description
We are looking for a Laboratory Manager (m/f/d) to cover parental leave at our site in Heilbronn, Germany. The position is initially limited to two years. You will be responsible for managing a team, disciplinary management, technical management, and customer communication.
Requirements
- Excellent master's degree or doctorate in bioanalytics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of practical professional experience in biopharmaceutical, protein, and peptide analysis
- Experience in analytics in a GMP environment
- Excellent knowledge of physicochemical and LC-based analytical methods
- Outstanding leadership skills, reliability, and organizational talent
- Confident communication with international customers in German and English
- High degree of quality awareness, customer focus, and goal orientation
- Strong social skills and interest in complex analytical issues
