As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, third-party vendors, and internal engineering teams, leading integration projects and shaping how we implement solutions with our customers.
Requirements
- Work directly with partners and customers to own the end to end pipeline that runs from pre-sale to deal delivery
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Help serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams (engineering, product, and sales)
- Create technical documentation, playbooks, and best practice guides for customers and internal teams
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization, driving continuous product and process improvements
- Be a creative problem solver and know when to deliver a quick, tailored solution and when to collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions
