Job Description
Protegrity is seeking a Director of Employment and Contract Law to contribute to employment law and contract management. The Director will lead the development of employment law policies, advise senior management on employment law matters, and oversee the drafting of employment contracts. The role requires 10+ years of experience as a qualified attorney with significant post-qualification experience in employment and contract law.
Requirements
- 10+ years qualified attorney with significant post-qualification experience in employment and contract law
- Law firm experience preferred
- Proven track record in a senior legal role, ideally within a large or complex organisation
- Knowledge of US employment legislation, case law, and regulatory requirements
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment and commercial contracts
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in collaborating with external counsel
- Demonstrable ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
