Job Description
Protera Technologies is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, install, and maintain cloud environments for their Development, Testing, and Production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud principles, application deployment processes, and system administration.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and administering internet-based full stack commercial applications
- Experience with container and orchestration technologies – Docker and Kubernetes preferred
- Hands-on experience with cloud formation / Terraform templates
- Practical experience with cross-platform scripting and automation
- Experience managing and optimizing cloud-based environments (primarily AWS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years' experience
