Job Description
This role involves independently organizing the reception area, providing professional visitor care, managing phone calls, representing the company's culture, and handling office organizational activities like mail and supply ordering. You'll also prepare and follow up on events and meetings.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in office management or at the reception.
- Excellent communication skills with very good German and good English skills.
- Organizational talent with a friendly appearance and a service-oriented working style.
- Good general PC skills (MS Office)
