Research Associate Cell Culture Science for Bacterial and Yeast (gn)

Expression of recombinant proteins in bacterial and yeast cell cultures, purification of plasmid DNA, and standard analyses of proteins using biochemical and biophysical methods.

Requirements

• Successful completion of training as a CTA/MTA/BTA and/or chemistry/biology laboratory assistant
• Degree in life sciences (no doctorate)
• Practical experience in bacterial or yeast cell culture
• Data maintenance and evaluation using LIMS software
• Good MS Office skills and English and German language skills
