Job Description
Proven is a forward-thinking accounting firm seeking an Accounting Manager - Client Lead to lead our financial operations, work with clients, and manage a team of accountants. The ideal candidate is an accounting whiz with experience in leadership, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and on a team
- Flexible regarding peak-time work requirements
- Ability to work well with individuals at all levels
- Previous experience as an accountant, controller, accounting supervisor, or manager
- Must have legal right to work in US
- Experience in Full Accounting Cycle
- Experience with Xero and Quick Books Online
