Clerk 3 Health Records, Prince George

Performs record processing functions related to patient records, including assembly, retrieval, and delivery of records, filing, and scanning. Prepares records for offsite storage and answers inquiries related to the release of patient information. Performs reception duties and maintains inventory of supplies.

Requirements

• Grade 12, plus one year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
• Ability to keyboard at 40 wpm.
