Providence St. Mary Medical Center (SMMC) is a large acute care hospital seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical operations across its organization. The role focuses on coordinating care, driving quality and safety, and fostering physician leadership. This is a key leadership position within the Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the Medical Director and supporting healthcare innovation and value-based care.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certification
• Advanced degree in healthcare administration/business administration
• 10 years of Sr. Physician Leadership experience
• Strong relationships with hospital and system leadership
• Experience driving data-driven improvements
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
