Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active legal practice license in California, Washington, Alaska, New Mexico, Texas, Montana, or Oregon
- 10+ years of relevant experience in transactions, commercial contracting, and healthcare legal matters
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements, especially in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance
- Experience with entity formation, corporate finance, healthcare organizations, and for-profit/non-profit transactions preferred
