Director Planned Giving

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Director of Planned Giving to manage, plan, and coordinate a comprehensive estate planning and gift program. The role involves donor cultivation, legal and tax advisory services, and relationship building with donors, legal professionals, and the foundation's staff. This position focuses on driving philanthropic growth and integrating with Providence’s core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced degree in law with experience in legal practice, accounting, or financial planning (JD preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in planned giving or related field
• 6-8 years of leadership experience preferred
• Certified as a Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and/or Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) preferred
