Job Description
Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a strategic executive director for their Healthcare Application (Oracle HCM) division. The role involves developing and implementing HCM/ERP applications, managing resource utilization, leading vendor relationships, overseeing application design and implementation, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will align with the vision of Providence St. Joseph and influence the healthcare delivery landscape.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IS application management, including 10+ years in a healthcare environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in an IS application environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent.
- Expertise in HR business processes and enablement in an HCM solution (preference for Oracle Cloud).
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
