Job Description
Providence is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a new analytics program focused on patient care through a digital experience. The role involves leveraging data science methods to understand patient journeys, optimize products, and drive health outcomes. The manager will lead a team of data scientists and contribute to the growth and innovation of digital healthcare products, with a focus on retention and LTV.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.).
- 6 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, predictive analytics.
- 4 years of leadership experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
