Construction Loan Administrator II

Provident Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator II to accurately administer a portfolio of construction loans and maintain liaison between customers and internal professionals. The role involves reviewing loan documentation, budget management, and loan disbursement processing, adhering to loan agreements and legal documentation. The position requires independent work and the ability to escalate issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience commensurate with job function
• Extensive knowledge of Construction Mortgage Loan Administration
• Strong verbal, communicative and written skills
• Ability to manage heavy workflow, resolve problems, attend detail and perform arithmetic calculations
• Proficient with Excel and detailed budgets
• Knowledge of Horizon Loan System helpful but not required
